1. General Terms & Acceptance

ernph operates an online casino platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, slots, table games, and sports betting services (collectively, the "Services") to users located in the Philippines. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and ernph regarding your use of the Services.

By registering an account with ernph, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming activity on our platform, you affirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the legal minimum age for gambling in the Philippines.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

ernph strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all users. Online gambling is illegal for persons under the age of 21 in the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. ernph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents such as a passport, driver's license, or national ID card.

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request will result in immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of all account balances including deposits and winnings, and permanent closure of your account. ernph employs age verification mechanisms during registration and may conduct additional verification checks at its sole discretion.

2.2 Account Creation

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with ernph. Creating multiple accounts, operating accounts under false identities, or allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. ernph reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers, and confiscate account balances if multiple accounts are detected.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur. ernph is not responsible for any consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full liability for such activity. You agree to immediately notify ernph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

2.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions

ernph Services are intended exclusively for users physically located within the Philippines at the time of access. You are prohibited from accessing ernph if you are located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted. ernph employs geo-location technology to verify user location. Attempts to circumvent geo-restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or other technical means constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

ernph accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), and other approved payment processors. All deposits are credited to your ernph account in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, and the maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method and is displayed during the deposit process.

ernph does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions or as required by applicable law.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ernph account are derived from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds of illegal activity. ernph reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements, bonus wagering conditions, and minimum withdrawal thresholds. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, and within 24 to 72 hours for bank transfers, subject to verification completion.

ernph reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in cancellation of your withdrawal request.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposits, unless such method is unavailable or impractical. ernph reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal methods at its sole discretion. You are responsible for ensuring that your withdrawal payment information is accurate and up to date. ernph is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by you.

ernph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. In cases of suspected illegal activity, ernph will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and may report suspicious transactions to relevant regulatory bodies.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

ernph is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts exhibiting suspicious activity, including but not limited to large or frequent deposits and withdrawals without corresponding gaming activity, irregular betting patterns, or deposits from third-party sources.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programs

4.1 Bonus Terms

ernph offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, time limits, and eligibility criteria, which are detailed in the individual promotion terms.

By accepting a Bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable Bonus terms. Failure to comply with Bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are non-withdrawable and are intended to enhance gameplay only. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

ernph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim Bonuses, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4.2 VIP & Loyalty Program

ernph operates a VIP and loyalty program offering exclusive benefits to qualifying players. VIP status is determined by ernph based on factors including account activity, wagering volume, and account standing. ernph reserves the right to modify VIP benefits, demote VIP status, or terminate VIP membership at any time at its sole discretion.

5. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on ernph are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and random outcomes. ernph does not control or manipulate game outcomes. All games are regularly tested and certified by independent testing agencies including eCOGRA and iTech Labs.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game rules are available within each game's information section. You acknowledge that all casino games involve risk and that there is no guaranteed outcome. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of chip dumping, chip passing, or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and possible legal action. ernph reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

6.1 Suspension by ernph

ernph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Violation of Bonus terms or engaging in Bonus abuse.
• Using multiple accounts or sharing account access with third parties.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or prohibited conduct.
• Being subject to legal restrictions or regulatory prohibition.

Upon account suspension or termination, ernph may withhold account balances pending investigation. If the suspension or termination is determined to be justified, all funds may be forfeited. If the suspension is determined to be in error, withheld funds will be returned to your account.

6.2 Self-Exclusion & Account Closure by User

You may request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting ernph customer support. Self-exclusion periods can range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen duration.

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or available through ernph (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of ernph or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ernph Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without prior written consent from ernph.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

ernph strives to provide uninterrupted access to the Services; however, we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or will be error-free. ernph is not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or errors that may affect your ability to access or use the Services.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. ernph DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ACCESS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ernph, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ernph HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ernph'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF YOUR DEPOSITS MADE WITHIN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of ernph Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Prior to initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting ernph customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings.

10. Responsible Gaming

ernph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. ernph cooperates fully with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities in matters of compliance, player protection, and enforcement of gaming regulations. All financial transactions are monitored for compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) requirements.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms & Conditions. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.2 Waiver

No waiver by ernph of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. ernph's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without ernph's prior written consent. ernph may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions without restriction.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and ernph regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
